Key benefits
The TB and TBK Series panels are available in both steel and aluminium, with a choice of natural aluminium finish or white coating. Aluminium provides excellent resistance to rust and corrosion, making it ideal for harsh environments or industrial projects where steel may be less suitable. Lightweight, durable, and low in maintenance, it offers a reliable solution—ensuring the right panel option for every project.
The TB panels are also available in a unique 244 mm height, offering additional flexibility for door manufacturers. This format can be used not only in rapid sectional doors but also in high-speed spiral doors. It also serves as an extra height option within standard industrial sectional doors, while maintaining the same look and connection as the standard TB panel range.
The TB and TBK panels offer multiple interior design options, allowing customers to tailor the inside of the panel to their project needs. They are available with interior colours in 9010 or 9002, as well as with different lining designs, including standard or narrow lining. This flexibility provides greater freedom of choice while ensuring a refined interior appearance.
Bishell design
The TB and TBK panels feature a bishell construction, where two precisely formed steel layers create the inner and outer surfaces of the panel. This dual-shell structure provides excellent rigidity and stability, forming a robust base suitable for demanding industrial door applications.
