Monoshell Design for Enhanced Durability
Our fingersafe panels are available in three heights: 500 mm, 555 mm, and 610 mm. They feature a monoshell construction, where the external steel sheet is meticulously profiled to form both the male and female interlocking sections. This design ensures a seamless and robust connection, with the interior steel sheet acting as a cover to complete the structure.
Compliance with Safety Standards
The fingersafe profile is engineered to comply with stringent safety regulations, providing effective protection against finger entrapment. This design not only enhances user safety but also ensures reliable performance in various applications.
Material Specifications
Each panel is constructed with an external steel sheet thickness of 0.48 mm and an internal sheet thickness of 0.30 mm. Both sides are coated with a protective plastic film to prevent damage during handling and installation, maintaining the panel’s integrity and appearance.
